So impressed with the best-in-class service Phil and his colleague provided and wish I could give a 10-star-review. I brought an old townhouse which had never been connected to NBN and no working telephone sockets inside. It troubled me for nearly two months till I found out Telecom Today. Phil and Chris were very responsive and arrived on time as promised. They identified and solved the issue straight away at a reasonable price. Now I have the direct cable connected to external Telecom box. He even replaced the cover of old disconnected sockets to make it look better without asking. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to engage them again in the future.
