Some of the best customer experiences I’ve had from any company. Phil from Telecom Today is not only a really nice guy, but a consummate professional. He has fixed network and cabling issues at two different places we’ve lived and each time he has not only resolved the issue, but increased speed and reduced latency in our NBN internet connection. I would highly recommend him and Telecom Today, especially for people getting nowhere with their ISP.

So impressed with the best-in-class service Phil and his colleague provided and wish I could give a 10-star-review. I brought an old townhouse which had never been connected to NBN and no working telephone sockets inside. It troubled me for nearly two months till I found out Telecom Today. Phil and Chris were very responsive and arrived on time as promised. They identified and solved the issue straight away at a reasonable price. Now I have the direct cable connected to external Telecom box. He even replaced the cover of old disconnected sockets to make it look better without asking. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to engage them again in the future.

Wish i could give 10 stars review as i am super happy with their excellent work at my business today .Phil technician came in on time today and solved our business internet problem that was affecting our business for a while and no one was able to find out the reason . Phil was competent and experienced and found out the issue immidiately . He also charged us with a very reasonable price . Highly recommended .

After 3 technicians from broadband service provider, because of slow and continuous drop outs . These guys came and identified that , a lot of electronics were redundant, left from Foxtel and old cable service . Within 20 minutes it was up and running, at a speed faster than ever . I highly recommend this company

I had absolutely no idea what was happening with my wifi/NBN, Phil was amazing at finding the issue, explaining it to me in simple terms so I could understand and then of course fixing it. Not only did he walk me through step by step what he was doing but he helped me contact my energy provider to ensure everything was resolved. He went above and beyond for me & I would recommend Phil to any of my family and friends without a doubt. He is very responsive and came to my house within 6 hours of requesting an appointment.
